HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?The first treatment is 2 hours long and follow up treatments are 60 minutes long.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothes. You will only need to remove foot wear and socks.
HOW LONG BETWEEN EACH TREATMENT?
Everyone is an individual and when I see you for the first treatment we can work out a personal treatment plan. Many people find that once they are feeling well, they still like to come once a month to feel good, feel well and feel happy.
CAN YOU DIAGNOSE AN ILLNESS?
No. I have worked for many years as a Reflexologist and if concerned I always refer you to your own Doctor.
